Anthony Fielding - Nautical | Marine - Stanford Who's Who Certified
Anthony is a Project Manager based in Sydney Australia for Teekay Shipping, one of the world’s largest marine energy transportation, storage and production companies. He is presently on secondment to Sembawang Shipyard Singapore as the Project Director for the Sembawang Shipyard Teekay Build Team who is responsible for the design and build of the Australian Government new research Vessel for CSIRRO
With a Graduate Diploma in Business Management and Associate Diploma Marine Engineering, Commonwealth First Class Certificate in Marine Engineering and countless other qualifications Marine qualifications, Anthony has been involved in the Marine Industry for more than 35 years. He began in the industry as a cadet engineer with BHP. Moving on to harness a wide range of experience from sailing as a Chief Engineer, Safety Inspector, Vessel Manager and Build Manager.
Highly regarded as practical and functional, Anthony joined Teekay as a Project Manager, utilizing his innate leadership to oversee a team of staff for each designated project. Drawing on his profound knowledge of marine systems and extensive hands on experience, Anthony not only strategically plans and implements project goals, but also serves as a key player actively involved throughout each projects life cycle.
Anthony has been involved in the build of over ten ships and has completed over twenty dry dockings or conversions from Tall ships, Bulk carriers, Tankers and Chemical Tankers.
Anthony is affiliated with Plan International. In his free time, Anthony enjoys scuba diving, rugby and bush walking. He views his greatest success to be his family.
